Jeffrey Botvinick

Jeffrey Botvinick is a Principal and Southwest Regional Leader in BDO's Valuation & Business Analytics practice. He has more than 20 years of experience providing valuation and financial advisory services to clients (and their advisors) in a variety of industries.

Prior to joining BDO, he led the national valuation service line and Texas valuation practice at UHY Advisors. While at Ernst & Young's Center for Strategic Transactions, Jeff advised CEOs and their management teams on business and transaction matters including mergers and acquisitions, financings, initial public offerings, corporate collaborations, growth management, and corporate infrastructure. He was also a Vice President and founding member of the Dallas office of Houlihan Lokey. As a member and leader of various engagement teams, he has managed a wide variety of valuation engagements related to transactions, tax compliance, financial reporting, and litigation. Jeff has advised boards of directors, business owners, corporate officers, and shareholder groups on issues relating to valuation, shareholder liquidity, fairness, and solvency.
