Prior to his six years in the IRS APMA group, Bob worked for 12 years in Big Four firms’ transfer pricing group, serving clients seeking assistance with transfer pricing planning, global documentation, advance pricing agreements (APAs), income tax disputes, tax provision (FIN 48), other audit assist and internal compliance engagements. Bob has assisted clients in the chemicals, consumer products, industrial manufacturing, pharmaceutical, professional services, technology and telecommunications sectors. He has been on a foreign assignment with Big Four accounting firms in Mexico City and Brussels. Bob has also taught Taxes and Business Strategy at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business since 2013, and has guest lectured on tax accounting and transfer pricing at the Master of Accounting Program at the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler School.
