He has more than three decades of international consulting experience in change management, leadership development, and executive coaching. In 2006, he formed MentorÉ, a consulting organization that focuses on aligning leadership, strategy, roles, and skill sets to major shifts in the business. Prior to MentorÉ, Dr. Patterson worked as a partner for 20 years at Bryan Associates, Inc., a consulting group specializing in competency-based talent development initiatives.Dr. Patterson’s expertise has been tapped by many global and national organizations, including Anheuser-Busch, Biogen, Entergy, Federal Reserve Bank, Johnson & Johnson, Hewlett-Packard, Major League Baseball, Merck, Sea World, Shire Pharmaceutical and the United States Navy. A published author, Dr. Patterson has been a featured speaker and workshop leader for several national associations, including serving as a national expert resource for the American Institute for CPAs (AICPA) and many state CPA associations.
